Age Restriction: jj8 will verify your age and identity during the KYC process. Any attempt to register using false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any winnings generated.
Each player may hold only one registered account on jj8. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or a different Pakistani mobile number — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If jj8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to keep that information updated throughout the life of your jj8 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jj8 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jj8 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. jj8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, if jj8 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. During any suspension period, pending withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation.
jj8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. jj8 does not apply currency conversion charges. Your account balance is always displayed in PKR.
The minimum deposit on jj8 is PKR 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the banking page of your jj8 account dashboard. jj8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets are typically processed within 20 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast) are processed within 1 to 3 business days. jj8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
jj8 is required under its international gaming licence to implement anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. jj8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. jj8 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations without prior notification to the player.
Important: Depositing funds without intent to wager — for the purpose of withdrawing them to a different payment method — constitutes attempted money laundering and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and incentives offered on jj8 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements apply as communicated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
The jj8 welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
jj8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage); withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are met; and using automated software to meet wagering conditions. Any of these activities will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.
jj8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, jj8 will honour any bonus funds already credited subject to the applicable wagering terms at the time of the promotional opt-in.
All bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed on jj8 are final once confirmed. jj8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review all bet details before confirming.
In the event that jj8 displays manifestly incorrect odds, prices, or payout rates due to a technical error or human error, jj8 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous prices without prior notice, and to refund the relevant stake amounts. jj8 will not be obligated to honour payouts resulting from clearly erroneous odds.
Each casino game, live dealer product, and sports betting market on jj8 is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules apply to the relevant product.
jj8 shall not be liable for losses incurred due to internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages during active game sessions. The platform records the state of all game rounds server-side. Any completed game round will stand as per the server record, regardless of whether the player experienced a disconnection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jj8 and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
jj8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts as a condition of its international gaming licence. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the life of your account.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed. jj8 reserves the right to close accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

jj8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to jj8 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jj8 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable. jj8 will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.
jj8 reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if jj8 determines that a player has breached these Terms or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to jj8, other players, or its licensing obligations. Upon termination for cause, jj8 may withhold balances pending investigation, in accordance with its licence requirements and applicable AML obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj8 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jj8's internal complaints procedure will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by jj8's licensing authority.

jj8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jj8 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
